How do I make a booking?Fill out the online booking form and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Once your deposit has been paid, your booking will be confirmed.

Do I need to pay a deposit?We kindly ask you to pay a 50% deposit to secure your booking. Then, 12 weeks before your booking, the final balance will be due. If your booking is in less than 8 weeks, the full balance is required upon booking

What if I need to cancel the booking?In the event of a cancellation, your 50% deposit is non-refundable.

What if the date of my event changes?No problem! ,As long as we have availability on that date we will rearrange free of charge.

How does it work?Using our Audio Guest Book is a breeze: guests pick up the phone to hear your pre-recorded greetings message, after the tone they leave their personalised voice message for you, and create lasting memories that you can cherish for years to come.

Do audio guestbooks require WiFi?Nope! Just a standard 13 amp power socket. The phone is an Audio Guest Book that does not require WiFi or a landline connection.

Is postage and packaging included?The phone only package includes the cost of delivery and return postage. Please refer to your invoice for specific methods of delivery and return.

What if the phone gets damaged, lost or stolen?It’s very rare but unfortunate things sometimes happen. From the moment of delivery until collection, we reserve the right to charge for any costs to replace / repair a phone that is stolen, lost, damaged, destroyed or altered in any way, other than normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear includes minor scratches and marks or other similar minor damage.

When do we receive our recordings?Once we receive your Audio Guest Book after your event, the audio recordings are promptly processed and delivered to you digitally via email. You'll also receive the recordings on your very own USB. Rest assured, both digital and USB processing times are swift, taking only 5-7 working days from the moment we receive your Audio Guest Book.

Which locations of you cover?Package 1 (Phone only): ship to any mainland address in England, Scotland and Wales. Package 2 (Audio guestbook chest): Hertfordshire (within 20 mile radius included), Oxfordshire (within 20 mile radius included), An additional delivery charge is applied everywhere else in the UK.

What popcorn flavours are available?We have a range of flavours available : Sweet, salted, chocolate, caramel and cinnamon.
